Thanks to the hundreds of thousands who joined us for our 20th Anniversary of the Stater Bros. Route 66 Rendezvous! Check out our Photo Gallery for Contest and Cruisin' Award winners and for many photos taken during the 4-day celebration. And, if you have photos or videos to share, join our new Online Community.
Our thanks also to all of the car participants! We saw many new cars as well as many of our custom classics that return year after year. Many people signed our Alumni Yearbook and brought photos of days gone by. Great memories are made each year at the Stater Bros. Route 66 Rendezvous, so make sure to mark your calendar for next year!
Vehicle Registration
Vehicle Registration will begin in May 2010. Watch for your packet in the mail if you were registered this year. Otherwise we will post when registration is open on our web site.
Contests
- Neon Light Contest – Thursday, September 16, 2010 this popular contest brings out the brightest cars that cruise the streets.
- San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino Poker Run Contest – Saturday, September 18 – Wind through the streets and stops as you garner your best poker hand
- Pinewood Derby by Local Boy Scouts – Saturday, September 18 – Watch as local Cub Scouts compete for bragging rights
- Open Header Contest – Saturday, September 18 Open your headers and rev your engines as you compete to win a rebuilt engine donated by Wayne’s Engine Rebuilders
- Burnout Contest – Saturday, September 18 – Smokin’ hot times at the Orange Show Speedway
- Model Car Contest – Saturday, September 18 – Cool off at the Carousel Mall as you view the model cars
- Route 66 Culinary Cook-off – Saturday, September 18 – Teams compete to create the best recipes that can be found while traveling Route 66
- 5K Run with the Cops – Sunday, September 19 – Start the day Running with the Cops! Arrowhead Credit Union Park
- Firefighters Competition – Sunday, September 19 – Cool off while Fire Explorer teams compete from various cities, presented by San Bernardino City Fire Dept.
Live Entertainment
Watch for a special line-up as we celebrate our 21 years of the Rendezvous on the Stater Bros. Court Street Stage including rock ‘n roll music from the 50’s, 60’s, surfin’ and rock-a-billy!
The Rendezvous thanks our vehicle participants, event Sponsors and the City and County of San Bernardino for their participation and support as we cruise year after year. And, a big thank you to our Organizing Committee and Volunteers who are essential to the continued success of the Rendezvous.
