VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORMS ARE BEING MAILED TOMORROW (May 4) TO ALL CAR PARTIPANTS THAT WERE REGISTERED FOR LAST YEAR’S STATER BROS. ROUTE 66 RENDEZVOUS. WE WILL BE ACCEPTING THE VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS FORMS BEGINNING MONDAY, MAY 7 AT 9 A.M. AT OUR NEW LOCATION: CALIFORNIA WELCOME CENTER, 1955 HUNTS LANE, SAN BERNARDINO….SEE YOU THERE!

VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORMS FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT ATTEND LAST YEAR WILL BE AVAILABLE ON LINE BEGINNING MONDAY, MAY 14.

The Burnout Contest is moving to the Stater Bros. Route 66 Rendezvous!

That’s right! On Sunday, September 16 go to the Contest Area located at 5th & Arrowhead Ave. to experience the Burnout up close and personal. There is no charge to enter or to watch the contest. Entrants must, however be registered car participants. So get smokin’ and enjoy the show from 1 – 3pm Sunday in the Contest Area.

The San Bernardino Convention & Visitors Bureau, producers of the Stater Bros. Route 66 Rendezvous© is gearing up for the 23rd Annual Rendezvous which takes place September 13 – 16 this year in the downtown streets of San Bernardino. As we check our engines, we are fine-tuning and polishing up all of the details to bring another stellar event to our loyal car participants, attendees, sponsors, vendors and volunteers!

You’ll want to keep checking our Entertainment page to see who will be playing on Stater Bros. Court St. Stage, the O’Reilly’s Stage and at the California Theatre of Performing Arts.

Make your reservations early at one of the great Accommodations in the San Bernardino area and make a long-weekend of it! There is so much to see and do, you won’t want to miss a minute of it!

Vehicle Registration
Pre-registration for vehicles will begin in May. Everyone that attended the 2011 event will be mailed pre-registration forms in May. Once mailed the pre-registration forms will be posted under Vehicle Registration.

Contests

Burnout Contest – The Burnout Contest is moving to the Route 66 Rendezvous!! It will be held in the Contest Area at 5th and Arrowhead on Sunday, September 16 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. And, there is no additional charge to participate!
Neon Light Contest presented by The Sun – Friday, September 14, 2012. There are two categories for the cars to shine in – the Old Skool Category and LED Light Category. Light up the streets!
San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino Poker Run – Saturday, September 15, 2012. Wind through the streets and stop at local businesses collecting cards to make your best poker hand.
Open Header Contest – Saturday, September 15, 2012. Open your headers and rev your engines as you compete for bragging rights for having the loudest engine.
Model Car Contest – Saturday, September 15, 2012. Cool off at the Carousel Mall as you view the model car competition. And for the kids, they can Make ‘n Take a model car while they last.
5k Run with the Cops – Sunday, September 16, 2012. Start your day Running with the Cops. It all begins at San Manuel Stadium (66er's Baseball Stadium).
