The father and son team of Sam and Chip Foose is world renown for their unique automotive designs and creativity. Little did Sam Foose realize in the early 1960s that a formidable automobile design team was being created as his young son, Chip, spent many a weekend with him at his project design firm. In the process, Chip learned basic drawing skills and techniques from his dad and went on to graduate from the Art Center College of Design. Today, Chip is renowned for his designs, and as the star of the TLC series Overhaulin’. Sam and Chip continue their collaboration at Foose Design.
