WHAT: Berdoo Bikes & Blues Rendezvous

WHEN: Friday, May 2, 2008: 6:00pm to 10:00pm No Rain Dates / No Refunds
           Saturday, May 3, 2008: 10:00am to 9:00pm No Rain Dates / No Refunds

WHERE: Downtown Streets of San Bernardino, California. East & West Streets are “D” Street to Sierra Way;
North & South Streets are below Court Street to just before 2nd Street.

GATE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
NO Knives / Weapons Etc.
NO Chains / Chain Wallets
NO Blankets
NO Camelpacks
NO Tents
NO Refunds Or Exchanges
NO Bota Bags
NO Animals allowed
NO Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia
NO Ice Chests, Outside Food or Beverage allowed.  There are food vendors onsite
NO Skateboards, Scooters, Bicycles or Golf Carts allowed

• Colors Discouraged.
• Bags will be searched at each entry gate.
• Rain or Shine
• Everyone subject to search upon entry (People & Motorcycles)
• Vendors are subject to search by event staff at anytime during the event

PRICE: Spectators Gate Fee (Tickets are Single Day Tickets) $5.00 Per Person / Per Day
You may purchase your ticket to gain entrance into the Berdoo Bikes & Blues Rendezvous 3 ways:
1. Online with PayPal (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
2. Online by printing the order form and mailing a check (Beginning the end of February 2008)
3. On site at the event gates 1, 2, 3 and 5 (May 2 & 3, 2008)
• Gate #1 at “D” Street & Court Street
• Gate #2 at “D” Street & 2nd Street at the Parking Structure entrance
• Gate #3 at Arrowhead Avenue & Court Street
• Gate #5 at 3rd Street & Sierra Way)

Preferred Bike Parking:
You may purchase your Preferred Bike Parking Wristband to gain entrance into the Berdoo Bikes &
Blues Rendezvous 3 ways:
1. Online with PayPal (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
2. Online by printing the order form and mailing a check (Beginning the end of February 2008 - You will receive your wristband in the mail prior to the show)
3. On site at the event gates 3, 4 and 5 (May 2 & 3, 2008)
• Gate #3 at Arrowhead Avenue & Court Street (spectator & motorcycle entrance/exit)
• Gate #4 at Arrowhead Avenue & 2nd Street (motorcycle entrance/exit only)
• Gate #5 at 3rd Street & Sierra Way (spectator & motorcycle entrance/exit)

Pre-Purchase - Preferred Bike Parking Wristband:
If you purchased your wristband(s) prior to the event, you will receive your wristband(s) by mail
depending on the above chosen package (Weekend meaning both days, Friday Only or Saturday Only).
When you arrive, you will ride up to either of the three entrance/exits gates (Gates 3, 4 or 5), show your
wristband and park inside the gated event as part of the show. Parking is indicated on the event map in
the black areas. You will be permitted to leave if needed and may re-enter according to your wristband
purchase (Weekend, Friday Only or Saturday Only).

On Site Purchase - Preferred Bike Parking Wristband:
You may prefer to purchase your wristband on site at the event. When you arrive, you will ride up to
either of the three entrance/exit gates (Gates 3, 4 or 5), and pay for a preferred bike-parking package of
your choice (Weekend meaning both days, Friday Only or Saturday Only). You will then be allowed
through the gated event to park as part of the show. Parking is indicated on the event map in the black
areas. You will be permitted to leave if needed and may re-enter according to your wristband purchase
(Weekend, Friday Only or Saturday Only).

MOTORCYCLE PARKING (Non-Participant):
Motorcycles: If you choose not to park in the preferred bike parking, there are several parking lots
outside the event that are public parking. See public parking lots below under directions.

DIRECTIONS & PUBLIC PARKING:
From Victorville/Las Vegas Area: 15 Freeway south to 215 Freeway – Exit 5th Street, (Exit actually
puts you on 6th Street) turn right on "E" Street:
• There is parking at the Carousel Mall parking lot on your right just past 4th Street.
• There is parking at the City Hall/Clarion Hotel 5-Level parking structure just past Court Street on
your left.
From Redlands/Palm Springs Area: 10 Freeway west to 215 Freeway north – Exit 2nd Street and turn
right. Continue on 2nd Street:
• There is parking at the Carousel Mall parking lot on your left. Enter off “F” Street Mall Entrance.
• There is parking at the City Hall/Clarion Hotel 5-Level parking structure just past “E” Street on your
left.
From Los Angeles Area: 10 or 60 Freeway east to 215 Freeway north – Exit 2nd Street and turn right.
Continue on 2nd Street:
• There is parking at the Carousel Mall parking lot on your left. Enter off “F” Street Mall Entrance.
• There is parking at the City Hall/Clarion Hotel 5-Level parking structure just past “E” Street on your
left.
From Orange County Area: 91 Freeway east to 215 Freeway north – Exit 2nd Street and turn right.
Continue on 2nd Street:
• There is parking at the Carousel Mall parking lot on your left. Enter off “F” Street Mall Entrance.
• There is parking at the City Hall/Clarion Hotel 5-Level parking structure just past “E” Street on your
left.

RELEASE AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
As a participant, you will be required to read and sign either online or on site at the event that you assume the risk of
participation in the Berdoo Bikes & Blues Rendezvous.

By “Signing” on site or clicking “I Agree” online, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand all of the
provisions printed below and that you have freely and voluntarily agreed to all of the terms herein, including:

You are fully familiar with the operation and riding characteristics of the motorcycle(s) you are riding. You are
licensed and fully qualified to ride motorcycles. You acknowledge that this activity involves dangerous risks that
could cause serious injury or death to you, and others, whether or not the injury or death is your fault, in whole or in
part, or that of another person, and you voluntarily assume the risk of any such serious injury or death. You agree
to wear a D.O.T. approved helmet, proper eyewear and protective clothing at all times while a rider or passenger on
the motorcycle. You represent that you are not under the influence of any substance that would impair your ability to
operate or be a passenger on the motorcycle if you later become under the influence of any substance that would
impair your ability to ride on or operate the motorcycle. You will operate the motorcycle only on public roads or highways, comply with all laws relating to the operation of motorcycles and will not operate it offroad or in any manner related to racing or an exhibition of speed. You represent that you have minimum liability insurance required by law and sufficient collision insurance to cover any injury, loss or damage you may suffer resulting from your use or operation during the time you are participating in the Event. Although you reserve all your rights under your own insurance policies, you accept full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to you, any other person, or property sustained or suffered as a result of your participation in the Event.

You, the participant, on behalf of yourself, your heirs and any or all of your representatives, forever waive your right
to sue the San Bernardino Convention & Visitors Bureau, dba Berdoo Bikes & Blues Rendezvous, the host city and
county, as well as any and all sponsoring or co-sponsoring companies, their directors, officers and employees, for
any claim of injury to your person or property as a result of participating in the Berdoo Bikes & Blues Rendezvous
(hereinafter the “Event”).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all or any released parties from and against any and all claims of any
nature including consequential damages, attorney’s fees, costs or other liabilities arising out of the Event, or your
participation in the Event. If you breach this agreement or bring any suit or claim barred by its terms, you will pay all
attorneys’ fees, costs, and expense incurred by anyone released herein. You agree that you will pay for any
damage, destruction or loss you incur as a result of your negligence, gross negligence, or willful conduct as a
participant in the Event, including but not limited to, charges not immediately paid by my insurance due to
deductibles or otherwise.

Consent is also hereby given to use your picture, portrait, voice, signature, photograph, likeness or biographical
information, and audiotape and/or videotape recordings and sound or silent motion pictures of you in any medium
for editorial, educational, promotional, and advertising purposes, for the solicitation of contributions, and/or for any
other purpose in further of the corporate purposes and objectives of the Event, without any monetary payment or
other consideration paid to you.

Any suit or proceeding to assert claims arising out of or related to the Event, or to interpret or construe the meaning
of this agreement shall be brought before and finally determined by an arbitrator based solely upon laws applicable
within the State of California but held procedurally pursuant to commercial rules of the American Arbitration
Association. You recognize that this agreement binds you and your heirs, successors, assigns, agents, and
personal representatives.
